All text must be standard English language letters,
numbers and any standard symbol.
We can not use any accents on letters,
if these are added and not spotted they may just come without the accents as the standard English letter,
Please do not use bad-language as this is not allowed on many of the licenced items and your order will fail and have to be changed or refunded,
Finding the Gifts you want to Give:
As per your feedback, we have done away with the standard search as they don't get you to what you wanted. We have instead listed all the gifts under groups of what the gift is for, then sub-groups which take you to the ideal gift.

This may take a bit longer and a few more clicks, but by the time you have searched and not found the correct gift, it is actually quicker.
Selecting your Gifts:
To add gifts to your basket, click the BUY button. This will take you to your Gift Shopping Basket which shows all the gifts that you have chosen to buy.
You can increase or decrease the quantity, colour, style and other options at this time, simply change drop down boxes and click 'update'.
To keep looking for more gifts, click the "continue shopping" button.
Viewing the Gift Details:
You can view all the details
and see a large image at any time by clicking the View Details button.
This will also show you what Personalised details you can add, stock details and delivery times.
You can also buy the gifts from these screens as well.
Ordering Personalised Gifts:
The ordering of your personalised gifts is easy. We will ask you for the details and if needed or we feel they are incorrect or there is a spelling that looks wrong, we will contact you for advice, so you know you are giving the gift as it should be given.
A personalised gift shows you have taken the time to get a great gift, and they will love them and want to keep them.
Sending Personalised Details After Ordering:
This is fine, you can order the goods and in the personalised details screen just click the details to follow button, you can then email or phone with the details once you have them,
We may contact you if we don't receive the details after 7 days.
